Automatic Bank Withdrawal to Pre-Pay your HVL POA dues
Once your POA dues are paid in full, you can set up automatic monthly payments to build up a credit on your account to pre-pay your next HVL POA dues invoice. Contact the office to determine your low monthly payment amount and complete the Automatic Payment Authorization form and attach a voided check.
The withdrawals will come out of your account on the 15th of each month and will be credited to your account. When the next invoice is billed, your credit will be automatically credited against your bill.
There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment.
Payment through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank’s website). Normally, these services debit the customer’s checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer’s account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
To avoid late fees, please ensure your full payment is received by the due date specified on your statement. Partial payments are also accepted.
