- Dustin Kanzlemar, Lot 2527, 1853 Cove Circle E, new 4’ 3 rail split rail fence with mesh liner, 22’ X 11’ concrete patio. Approved
- Jared Young, Lot 511, 1058 Oak Ct., new 6’ privacy fence in buildable part of lot. Approved
- Adam & Tonya Wolfe, Lot 270H, 519 Hickory Road, 10’ X 16” shed in buildable part of lot. Approved
- Dee Anna Baumbardner, Lot 2135H, 20822 Alpine Drive, replacing existing deck with treated wood, moving stairs to other side of deck in buildable part of lot. Approved
