The Architecture Committee recommended the Compliance Officer follow his procedures in notifying the homeowner to comply with the original plan within 60 days or face a fine monthly thereafter.
The Committee Meeting schedule will be changed for the winter months. The next Meeting will be January 6, 2021 and subsequent Meetings will be held the first Wednesday of each following month. Urgent requests for Permits may be considered by the Architecture Committee, as needed, without a Meeting.
