Philip Krimmer, Lot # 3093, 1464 Greenlawn Way, 26’ X 32’ garage 706 sq. ft. total footprint, will have 1’ overhang. Putting in gravel driveway. Owner presented drawings of garage and house. Committee requested landscaping be added to Brookridge side of proposed building. Plot Plans signed.
Chad & Melissa Wiseman, Lot # 2202/2203H, 1426 Kym Court, Two tier retaining walls 11” X 14 and 36” X 29’, stacking stone, gray in color, replacing existing gravel parking pad. Property owner did not attend as requested. Will be sending letter to the Wisemans regarding Yard not in compliance with HLV rules and condition of building .
Steve & Melissa Gulasy, Lot # 181/182H, 19967 Elm Drive, Requesting a variance for a 504 square foot concrete parking pad. He will be attending the meeting. Not present max parking pad 360 sq. ft. Home owner will bring back in paperwork
The following projects were approved by Architecture Committee without a meeting:
Everett & Donna Montang, Lot # 1435H, 541 Hawthorne Heights, Replacing drive with new dimensions 4’6 X 53’ in length , retaining wall 42’ X 42’ and 12 steps, 4’ in width.
Dan Tester requested Motion to approve April 4, 2018 minutes Jeff Mueller seconded.
The following projects were AA approved and will be reviewed:
Danial Holcomb, Lot # 1191H, 617 Eagleview Drive, Kentucky board fence with wire, 4’ in height.
Addie Burgasser, Lot # 2319H, 20531 Heather Court, extending concrete driveway, 8’ X 39’, Concrete patio 8’ X 26’
Jack King, Lot # 401H, 1081 Woodland Circle, storage shed 7’ X 7’, Tan in color.
Justin Uhlman, Lot # 1432/1433, 561 Hawthorne Heights, Laying new gravel on driveway and changing the dimensions of driveway, currently 18’ wide at house and changing to 19’, re-dig drainage along road, cut hill in front yard down even with utility boxes to level yard.
Approval April 4, 2018 Architecture Meeting Minutes:
Discussion needed to determine the sq. footage of detached garages up to 60 percentage sq. footage of homes up to max. size of 900.
Variance needed for Ti-levels and Bi-Levels or similar .
Discuss the sq. footage of retaining walls – Bruce will send out the decided revisions for approval by committee to send to POA board for approval discuss fences.
Discuss fences. regarding placement and aesthetics of road facing fences.
Bruce submitting draft of rule for homeowner to acquire survey prior to any work being done on property i.e.: clearing, grading , etc.
