Residents in Attendance:

Jim Hasselbeck, 1682/1683, 1178 Montclair Court, New Home. Reviewed materials, plot and plans. Signed and approved. Builder Greg Gavin

Janet Nye, Lot # 1815/1816, 1365 Raylynn Drive, New Home. HVL Contiguous lot form presented completed. reiviewed materials and plot plans. Signed and approved Builder Greg Gavin

Brian Rupel, Lot # 2426/2427A, 1418 Brindlestone, New Home. Committee previously approved variance. Need HVl lot contiguation form completed. Reviewed materials reviewed and signed off plans and plot

John Fryman, Lot # 692, 1114 Sunset Drive, Would like to discuss a possible variance to put a shed in the back of his yard right on the property line. Discussed and recommended possibility of building custom for under deck.

Scott Chenault, Lot # 2581, 20304 Alpine. Scott would like to meet with the Architecture Committee to discuss parking his RV in his driveway. No option for parking pad.      Dave motioned Dan seconded to discuss Parking Mr. Chenault’s RV in front of house in driveway. Variance unanimously not approved.

The following projects were approved by Architecture Committee without a meeting:

Victor Minella, Lot # 2792, 1731 Rigdewood Circle, Changed height of garage from 9’ to 12’.

Shelly Cline Martin, Lot # 2294, 20642 Heather Court, Replacing 10’ X 12’ deck with a 12’ X 14’ deck using treated wood with 36” tall railing, deck height 7’ of grade, set of steps 48” wide,

The following projects were AA approved and will be reviewed:

Cory & Kinni Piche, Lot # 1836, 19974 Ravenda Drive, Sidewalk from front driveway to back of house 42” X 52’down the side of house and 48” X 35’ in back of house, 250 sq. ft. of extending concrete drive.

Patricia Witte, Lot # 2022, 19971 Alpine Drive, 12’ black aluminum hand railing alongside of steps

Sydney Schmeusser & Matthew Clary, Lot # 487, 20375 Longview Drive, 4’ in height split rail fence with mesh liner, 46’ X 48’ in length.

Al Roa, Lot # 298/299, 443 Hidden Valley Drive, Install 4” SDR 35 solid PVC pipe per drawing for storm water drainage.

Bradley Williams, Lot # 1657, 19461 Knollwood Drive, 10’ X 12’ Shed. Arrow Galvanized Steel Storage Shed, color eggshell/off-white

Performance Bond Return Application, Lot # 1977, 19873 Ventura Drive, deck, pool, fence and retaining wall. Signed off

Bruce Keller would like approval on a Shed for the Valley Farmers Club. Shed 8x 10 to be placed down near the Valley Farmers garden. Majority approval Holiday schedule December meeting set for the 6th.   No meeting for January /February 2018

Now is the best time to sign up for Automatic Monthly Dues Payments

  • Pay your January 2024 dues in full by 1/31/2024.
  • Fill out the form to begin monthly payments toward your July 2024 dues on the 15th of each month beginning February 15th.

Sign up forms need to be received by February 7th, 2024.

Email to, send by mail, place in the secure drop box, or bring into the POA office.

Example of a monthly payment:  If your semi-annual dues are $563.50 your monthly automatic payments will be $ 93.92 each month.
