Called to Order by Mike Parks at 3:35 p.m.

Guest Present: Victor Minella, Lot # 2792, 1731 Ridgewood Circle
- Victor Minella, Lot #2792, 1731 Ridgewood Circle; Request approval was modified as follows: Existing gravel parking pad will be maintained as is. 24” dia. x 50′ culvert location added to drawings provided. A 20′ x 20′ concrete approach to the 16′ wide garage door was added along with a 6′ wide x 3′ concrete approach to the access door. All other aspects of the request for installation of the 26′ wide by 32′ garage and the gravel drive were accepted and the final agreement was approved.
- David Walden, Lot #3342, 19707 Alpine Drive; Attached garage 16′ x 29′ approved as submitted.
- James Hancock, Lot #1361, 20488 Longview Drive; Deck 7′ x 30′ attached to front of house with railing, and rebuilding collapsed retaining wall with Allan block, installing a 16′ culvert and blacktopping the driveway approved as requested.
Old Business: None
New Business: Community Manager Bruce Keller has requested preparation for discussion of issues during the July meeting. Those issues will include parking pad dimensions, garage dimensions, issues regarding grandfathering, and possibly a discussion of scheduling of meetings due to low attendance by Committee members. Preparation and participation involving all committee members is requested.
