Joe Isadore, Lot # 1918, 19942 Cravenhurst Drive, New Home, samples and performance bond/permit fee collected. Mr. Isadore has revised building placement on lot. Presented plans within buildable area and no infringement. reviewed material samples. Signed plot plans.
Todd and Mary Christman, Lot # 2649/2650/2651, 20384 Rosemeade Lane, New home, samples and performance bond/permit fee collected. Reviewed plot plans, building plans, signed and recommended.
Dennie Brunemann, Lot # 2734H, 1758 Tuppence Trail, New plans for a 24’ X 24’ roof over a patio. Not present. Signed plans and recommended additional two diagonal gussets on shed.
Mark and Kathy Johnson, Lot # 1085H, 20282 Matterhorn Drive, 6’ X 16’ addition on right side of house. 16.5” to side lot line. clarified addition including eves (shed style) will be within buildable area. Reviewed materials. Signed plots and plans.

Jason Armbruster, Lot # 1772, 1471 Heidi Haven Drive, replace existing drive with concrete and adding parking pad 12’ X 5’.
