Residents in Attendance:  Tim Essen, Mary Ann Fox with contractor, Dina Morley, Dave and J. Roberts, Gordon & Jennifer McCoy representing Lux Corp., James Ferguson.

  1. Tim Essen, Lot 237/238H, 771 Hickory Road. Installing a 12’ X 24’ pre-constructed shed on a gravel slab which is already installed. The shed will have a black roof, gray siding, and white trim. Siding on the home is currently green and will be painted gray over the summer. With the color change for the siding on the house, the shed and the house colors will match. The shed and the newly installed deck were originally approved on 2/19/2023. The Architecture Committee unanimously approved this update to that original permit.
  1. Pete Witt, Lot 3157, 19207 Par Drive. The existing covered and screened porch is 16’ X 24’, the homeowner will be enclosing a 16’ X 12’ section (located under the roof) with gray vinyl siding. The Architecture Committee unanimously approved the issuing of the permit, noting that a Dearborn County permit may also be required. 
  1. Mary Ann Fox, Lot 2840/2841H, 1972 Ridgewood Circle. Seeking a permit to replace the existing 10’ X 12’ deck with a new 18’ X 18’ deck and roof.  4-6 ‘depth extension.  All wood structure, metal screen and matching shingles. Since the two lots are contiguated there are no problems with setbacks. The Architecture Committee unanimously approved the issuing of the permit.
  1. John “Clint” & Dina Morley, Lot 1526H, 19873 Lakeview Drive. Installing a 10’ X 10’ boat lift located 10’ from the property line, parallel to the shore line. The Architecture Committee unanimously approved the issuing of the permit. The topic of installing an 11’ X 29’ canopy will be discussed at the next Lakes Meeting. 
  1. Dave Roberts, Lot 107/108H, 20175 Longview Drive. Needing a permit to install an 11’ X 10’ boat lift parallel to the shore line.  The Architecture Committee unanimously approved the issuing of the permit. The topic of installing a canopy will be discussed at the next Lakes Meeting.  
  1. Lux Corp, Lot 2234H, 1592 Sandamont Drive. Seeking a permit to change the location of their culvert and drainage system extending across the front of the lot. They will be using a 12” culvert pipe X 100’ in length.  Also adding a 12” X 12” catch basin. The culvert will be located 10’ from the edge of the road. The Architecture Committee unanimously approved the issuing of the permit.
  1. James Ferguson, Lot 2519H, 1856 Cove Circle East. Requiring a permit to install a 4’ high cedar fence with a black mesh liner. The wood will be stained “pecan”. The pins have been located. The Architecture Committee unanimously approved the issuing of the permit.

The following projects were AA approved and were reviewed: 

  1. Sue Wright, Lot 1613H, 19744 Alpine Drive. Replacing wooden deck with no change in dimensions.  
  1. Adam Burgess, Lot 320H, 19852 Overlook Circle. Replacing orange shingle roof with a grey metal roof.  
  1. Paul & Jennifer Houston, Lot 1075H, 20392 Matterhorn Drive. Replacing shingle roof with similar gray color and material.  Replacing the wood siding and aluminum trim with vinyl siding and trim, the gray siding with white trim and gutters.  
  1. Jeff & Carrie Rebich, Lot 2738H, 20576 Alpine Drive. Replacing shingle roof.  Colors on file.  
  1. Gary Dole, Lot 3094H, 1463 Greenlawn Way. Removing their old deck and replacing it with a 12’ X 12’ concrete patio.  
  1. Amy Vaughn, Lot 3119H, 1708 Fieldcrest Drive. Installing a 10’ X 36’ gravel parking pad with a 45-degree approach, located parallel to the garage. All rules regarding the installation of gravel parking pads must be followed.
  1. Richard Branam, Lot 529H, 1302 Maple Knoll Court. Replacing their shingle roof using shingles of a similar color. A picture of the house and shingles are on file.

  • Pay your January 2024 dues in full by 1/31/2024.
  • Fill out the form to begin monthly payments toward your July 2024 dues on the 15th of each month beginning February 15th.

Sign up forms need to be received by February 7th, 2024.

Example of a monthly payment:  If your semi-annual dues are $563.50 your monthly automatic payments will be $ 93.92 each month.
