  1. Lawrence & Patricia Whalen, Lot # 2378H, 1374 Golfview Court. Requesting a Permit to extend their rear deck 10’ wide X 6’ long, using pressured treated wood (to be stained grey to match the existing decking, after ageing) and composite materials to be used for the railing supports. The Architecture Committee Members unanimously approved the issuing of a Permit.
  1. Kara & Shane Morgan, Lot # 23H, 712 Hickory Road. Applying for a Permit to install a 4 rail Kentucky board fence with brown vinyl coated wire liner, natural wood (to be stained a natural wood tone) 4’ in height. The fence will follow the property line and two gates will be installed. The pins have been located. The Architecture Committee Members unanimously approved the issuing of a Permit.  
  1. Ben Noschang, Lots # 2749H/2750, 20647 Alpine Drive. Seeking a Permit to install a 22’ X 40’ metal building (to be used to store their boat) with red metal siding, black metal roof and trimmed in white. All colors to match the house.  The garage structure will be built on a 4” thick poured concrete slab for the foundation.  There will also be a white roll up garage door, and a white man door on the side facing the house. The garage will be accessed by a 12’ wide gravel driveway connecting to Alpine Drive. There will be a culvert under the driveway. The Architecture Committee Members unanimously approved the issuing of a Permit. The property owner was advised he may need to apply for an additional Permit if a retaining wall is needed.
  1. Jeff Schaffer, Lots # 1713H/1714, 1398 Cliftmont Circle. Requesting a Permit to replace the existing deck and adding to the deck using composite decking. Railings will be a combination of glass and cable railings. The Architecture Committee Members unanimously approved the issuing of a Permit. 
  1. Richard Hauck, Lot # 2904H, 2022 Morningside Drive. Requesting a 5’ side variance and 20’ rear variance for a shed on the rear of his property.  This Variance was approved by the Board of Directors on April 25, 2025.  Mr. Hauck (not present for the meeting) is now seeking final approval by the Architecture Committee. The Architecture Committee Members signed the Plot Plan and a Permit will be issued.
  1. Brad Pruetz, Lot # 1312, 367 Cresthaven. Mr. Pruetz is preparing to build a new home and met with the Committee to ask several questions, which included his need to apply for a variance. The lot is steeply sloped and the home would best be situated closer to the road than the rules regarding setbacks normally allow. Mr. Pruetz was advised regarding the Variance Application procedures and was also informed the Committee will need to have the Plot Plans, including the proposed placement of the home, available for viewing when he is ready to proceed with his application.

The following projects were AA approved and were reviewed: 

  1. Tom Lindeman, Lot # 1140H, 20343 Meercham Way. Replacing existing deck with no change in dimensions, using wood.  
  1. Wayne Meyer, Lot # 2214, 1282 Sandamont Drive. Partial replacement of concrete driveway.  
  1. Stephen & Julie Mason, Lots # 2223/2224H, 1433 Tyrolean Way. Partial replacement of concrete driveway.  
  1. William & Michelle Smith, Lot # 3317H, 19372 Alpine Drive. Replacing culvert pipe that REMC broke with heavy equipment while installing fiber.  
  1. Derek Johnson, Lot # 926H, 21106 Alpine Drive. Installing a brick 3 mailbox combined unit.  2’ W X 4’ L X 5’ tall.
  1. Rodney Jernas, Lot # 2524H, 1883 Cove Circle East. Installing 2 gravel parking pads.  1) At the road, 18’ X 8’ rectangle making a total of 144 sq. ft.  2) At the driveway, 22’ X 8’ rectangle + 8’ X 9’ X 12 triangle making a total 212 sq ft.  Total of 356 sq. ft.  
  1. Samantha Jones, Lot # 1561H, 19368 Newcom Knoll. Installing a wooden gate/fence to cover trash bins.  72” tall and 44” wide.
  1. Garrett Schwing, Lots # 2708/2709H, 20431 Alpine Drive. Color change on shutters.  From brick red to dark grey.  
  1. Elaine Hohmeister, Lot # 1809H, 1425 Raylynn Drive. Replacing the existing deck with no change in dimensions, using trex, grey in color.
  1. Edmund (Joey) Telscher, Lot # 3128H, 1657 Fieldcrest Drive. Painting log cabin home dark green.  
  1. Sergiy Fesenko, Lot # 1403H, 571 Windemere Hill. 10’ X 20’ fenced in garden using metal post with mesh liner.

  • Pay your January 2024 dues in full by 1/31/2024.
  • Fill out the form to begin monthly payments toward your July 2024 dues on the 15th of each month beginning February 15th.

Sign up forms need to be received by February 7th, 2024.

Example of a monthly payment:  If your semi-annual dues are $563.50 your monthly automatic payments will be $ 93.92 each month.
