  1. Jared & Dana Young, Lot # 511H, 1058 Oak Court. Requesting a Permit to move their existing 5’ X 6’ shed to the left corner of their back yard, inside the fence.  Extend the back concrete pad out toward the rear yard 13’ in a semi-circle wrapping around the existing pad and extending 6’ to the left of the existing pad.  The pad will be gray stamped concrete. The Architecture Committee Members unanimously approved the issuing of the Permit. 
  1. John & Krista Keith, Lots # 3256/3257H, 1121 Hanby Circle. Needing a Permit to install a black PVC coated chain link fence 4’ in height.  The Compliance Officer noted that no survey was needed. The fence is within the setbacks. The Architecture Committee checked the Plot Plan and found all Bylaws regarding the installation of fences were in compliance. The issuing of the Permit was unanimous.
  1. Joseph & Dana Kuhn, Lot # 2712H, 20407 Alpine Drive. Requesting a Permit to install a 10’ X 12’ hard top (metal), cedar wood gazebo, brown and cedar, near the edge of their swimming pool. The Architecture Committee Members checked the Plot Plan and found all setbacks and other issues regarding location were in compliance. The Committee unanimously approved the issuing of the Permit.
  1. Mark & Francine Weil, Lot # 720H, 1218 Chalet Court. Seeking a Permit to install a deck, constructed with pressure treated wood that is located behind their house and screened-in porch. It will be 37’ long. 10’ wide behind the porch and 19’ wide along the rest of the back of the house. There will be steps descending from the deck at the edge of the deck located at the corner of the house. The Architecture Committee unanimously approved the issuing of the permit.
  1. Pete Witt, Lot # 3157H, 19207 Par Drive. The POA Board approved a Variance for installing a fence along the property line, backing up to Golf Course Property. A Variance of 25 feet. The Architecture Committee Members recommended issuing the Variance and that recommendation was presented to the Board at the March 21, 2024 POA Board Meeting. Today the Architecture Committee unanimously signed the Plot Plan and approved the issuing of the Permit. Pete Witt was present to sign also.
  1. Shane Shuler, Lot # 2682H, 1768 Tuppence Trail. Mr. Shuler, not present for the Meeting, submitted an Application for a Permit to install a split rail fence with a mesh liner, 4’ in height, constructed of natural wood. There will be a section of privacy fence installed at a location located in the buildable area of the yard. The pins have been located. The Architecture Committee unanimously approved the issuing of the Permit.

The following projects were AA approved and reviewed: 

  1. Howard & Nelson Brett, Lot # 68H, 20147 Lakeview Drive. Permit to install a 9’ X 20’ gravel parking pad.  
  1. Patrick & Brittany Noble, Lots # 943/944H/945, 20947 Crestview Court. A Permit to install rip rap down along the driveway to correct water flow.  

The following projects were approved by Architecture Committee without a 

meeting:  None

The following projects were approved after pins were located on property:  None

The following projects were Board approved:  None

Now is the best time to sign up for Automatic Monthly Dues Payments

  • Pay your January 2024 dues in full by 1/31/2024.
  • Fill out the form to begin monthly payments toward your July 2024 dues on the 15th of each month beginning February 15th.

Sign up forms need to be received by February 7th, 2024.

Email to, send by mail, place in the secure drop box, or bring into the POA office.

Example of a monthly payment:  If your semi-annual dues are $563.50 your monthly automatic payments will be $ 93.92 each month.
