Board Liaison Present:  Michele Schneider   Note: With too few members present for a forum, Michele Schneider served as a forth signatory on the Permits issued during this Meeting.

  1. Richard & Leanna Hauck, Lot # 2904H, 2022 Morningside Drive. Requesting a 20’ rear variance and a 5’ side variance for a shed to be placed at the rear of the property. The lot is located on the edge of HVL property and the property to the back is not in HVL. The Hauck’s applied for the variance, sign posted, letters sent out and both neighbors responded with approval of the variance.  The Hauck’s are seeking a recommendation to be presented to the Board of Directors by the Architecture Committee. The Architecture Committee will recommend the granting of the Variance for the rear offset, but due to the restrictions regarding side offsets, the Committee will not recommend the side variance. The request for the recommendation, along with the details, will be presented to the POA Board at the next Board Meeting.
  1. LuxCorp, Lot # 2234, 1592 Sandamont Drive.  Gordon & Jennifer McCoy attended this meeting seeking Permits to construct a new home. The square footage of the finished and unfinished spaces total 1845 sq. ft. The main floor sq. footage exceeds the minimum requirements for sq. footage. The exterior colors will be black, brown and bronze with black trim, a brown front door and a black roof. The home will have a concrete driveway with a 12” culvert. The Architecture Committee unanimously approved the Plot Plans and the issuing of Permits for the Home Construction Plans.
  1. Jonathan & Eveliz Gates, Lots # 351H/352, 907 Greentree Road. Requesting a Permit to construct a concrete or Allan Block retaining wall, 8” thick, starting at 30” high and going down to 10”. Also extending their existing cement patio (12’ X 21’) to the back west corner of the house, also including a French drain running along the new patio and another French drain will be placed on the other side of the west corner of the home. The Architecture Committee unanimously approved the issuing of the Permit.

The following projects were AA approved and will be reviewed: 

  1. Robert Bates, Lots # 753H/754, 1051 Thornhill Lane. Replacing existing 10’ X 12’ wooden deck with no change in dimensions.  
  1. Jeremy Schoenberger, Lots # 893H/894, 1062 St. Moritz Court. Painting home using same color (cedar red).  
  1. Frederick Schaefer, Lot # 762H, 1102 Thornhill Lane. Replacing an existing 4’ in height black aluminum fence located on top of their retaining wall.  
  1. Jackie Keith, Lot # 1157H, 20513 Meercham Way. Painting rock façade on their home in dark blue, wooden front entrance grayish/blue, and the trim will be light gray.  
  1. Stephen Kueffner, Lots # 426H/427, 1122 Woodland Circle. Replacing existing deck with trex decking, no change in dimensions.  
  1. Jackie Keith, Lot # 1157H, 20513 Meercham Way. Installing a 15’ X 24’ (360 sq. ft.) gravel parking pad.  
  1. Charles Begley, Lot # 1885H, 1542 Aqua Vista Drive. Replacing existing concrete driveway, widening driveway 2’ and concrete garage floor.

  • Pay your January 2024 dues in full by 1/31/2024.
  • Fill out the form to begin monthly payments toward your July 2024 dues on the 15th of each month beginning February 15th.

Sign up forms need to be received by February 7th, 2024.

Example of a monthly payment:  If your semi-annual dues are $563.50 your monthly automatic payments will be $ 93.92 each month.
