Residents in Attendance:  Tanya Myers with contractor Chris Gaines, Chris Gaines representing Denise and David Martin (not present), Paul & Jennifer Houston

Guest:   None

  1. Paul & Jennifer Houston, Lot # 1075H, 20392 Matterhorn. Adding 752 sq. ft. to the upper and lower decks using pressure treated framing, composite decking and aluminum rails. Adding a 4’ wide stairway from the upper to the lower deck. All construction will be within the buildable area. The Architecture Committee unanimously approved the issuing of the Permit.
  1. Denise & David Martin, Lot # 1395H, 651 Windemere Hill. Replacing the existing 10’ X 16’ deck and making it larger, 12’ X 16’, using composite decking with aluminum handrails. Replacing the pavers located below the deck with a 16’ X 24’ concrete pad.  The Architecture Committee unanimously approved the issuing of the Permit.
  1. Kirk Crouser & Tanya Myers, Lot # 2463H, 20204 Cedar Cliff Drive. Adding an upper and a lower deck.  Upper – 20’ X 26’, Lower – 20’ X 36’, and adding steps from the existing retaining wall to the ground level. The Architecture Committee unanimously approved the issuing of the Permit. Tanya Myers will be seeking a Variance to extend the end of the approved lower deck 3’ into the 10’ side offset (beyond the buildable area) to allow safe access to the deck from the existing steps descending down the side of the house. 

The following projects were AA approved and were reviewed: 

  1. Scott Mindling & Stephanie Tuerck, Lots # 3312H/3313, 19342 Alpine Drive. Replacing shingle roof with a color change from brown to black.  
  1. Keith Haney, Lot # 586H, 20567 Lakeview Drive, replacing grayish blue siding with dark blue siding.
  1. Lynne & Bill Robinson, Lot # 807H, 20908 Lakeview Drive. Replacing concrete driveway in kind.  
  1. Bill & Pat Ritzmann, Lot # 1532H, 19813 Lakeview Drive. Replacing existing dock and steps in kind.  Forming up the base of the existing wall by pouring concrete to under pin in the wall with hand mixed concrete. 4’ in height and 70’, the length of property.  

The following projects were approved by Architecture Committee without a 

meeting:  None

  • Pay your January 2024 dues in full by 1/31/2024.
  • Fill out the form to begin monthly payments toward your July 2024 dues on the 15th of each month beginning February 15th.

Sign up forms need to be received by February 7th, 2024.

Example of a monthly payment:  If your semi-annual dues are $563.50 your monthly automatic payments will be $ 93.92 each month.
