Guest:  None

  1. Jesse & Jennifer Sawyer, Lot # 269H, 531 Hickory Road. Seeking a permit to install a 4’ high black vinyl chain link fence including 3 gates, (2) 4’ gates and (1) 6’ gate. The fence may follow the property line enclosing the back yard and connect to the back corners of the house. One of the 4’ gates will be installed at the entrance to the elevated front walkway.  The property was surveyed and the pins are marked. The Architecture Committee unanimously approved the issuing of the permit.
  1. Rob & Nancy Lowe, Lots # 373H/374/375, 938 Rustic Drive. Installing a 30’ X 30’ (900 sq. ft.) metal garage with a metal roof, grey in color, with eves elevated to 10’ on one side and to 8’ on the roof edge at the lean-to section.  The permit Includes installing a limestone driveway leading to the new garage.  A new plot plan was drawn up and provided. The Architecture Committee unanimously approved the issuing of the permit.
  1. David & Julie Hafner, Lot # 1712H, 1378 Cliftmont Circle. Seeking a permit to install a new 18’ X 10’ section of deck to connect existing deck structures using AZEK composite decking with aluminum rails. The Architecture Committee unanimously approved the issuing of the permit.
  1. Jeff Schaffer, Lots # 1713H/1714, 1398 Cliftmont Circle. Dave Hafner represented Mr. Schaffer to obtain a permit to install a 60’ X 8’ pressure treated wood dock with AZEK composite decking located parallel to the existing concrete sea wall. Part of the sea wall is concrete, in the area of the dock, and part of the sea wall is stacked stone slabs. The Architecture Committee unanimously approved the issuing of the permit.
  1. Jeff & Jill Bittner, Lots # 1897H/1898/1899, 20113 Ravenda Drive. Dave Hafner represented Mr. Bittner to obtain a permit to build a 30’ X 8’ pressure treated wood dock with AZEK composite decking installed parallel to a new sea wall constructed with hickory colored Alan block, 60’ long by 44” high. The Architecture Committee unanimously approved the issuing of the permit.
  1. Kyle & Angel Packer, Lot # 1878H, 1482 Aqua Vista Drive. Dave Hafner represented Mr. Packer who wishes to replace his existing deck with a new deck and add more deck with new dimensions. The old deck was 12’ X 20’ with stairs. The new deck will be 14’ X 23’ 6” plus an addition measuring12’ X 16’. The stairs will remain in place. The Architecture Committee unanimously approved the issuing of the permit.

The following projects were AA approved and were reviewed: 

  1. Charles Knapp, Lot # 1528, 19853 Lakeview Drive. Installing a 6’ 6” X 105’ concrete ramp on left side of house to dock area.  
  1. Autumn Farmer, Lots # 526H/527 1272 Maple Knoll Court. Replacing the existing fence with one of split rail Kentucky board construction, no change in dimensions.  
  1. Charles Hargrove, Lot # 1529H, 19843 Lakeview Drive. Replacing the existing concrete driveway with no change in dimensions.  
  1. Kathy & Tom Barth, Lot # 925H, 21114 Alpine Drive. Replacing shingle roof with color change from gray to dark gray. 
  1. Anthony Whitt, Lot # 678H, 1254 Sunset Drive. Replacing the existing retaining wall around the existing parking pad using stone.  No change in dimensions.  
  1. Brad Seymour, Lot # 1142H, 20363 Meercham Way. Replacing the existing dock with no change in dimensions, using AZEK composite decking and black aluminum handrail.  
  1. Jeff Miller, Lot # 2366H, 1525 Golfview Court. Adding 2 concrete patios, rear 10’ X 16’ and front 20’ X 16’ shaped like a diamond.  

The following projects were approved by Architecture Committee without a 

meeting:  None

The following projects were approved after pins were located on property:  None

The following projects were Board approved:  None

Old Business: The issue of the Will’s garage and the height of the eves was extended for 90 days. That time period expires on Nov. 16, 2023. The Will’s wish to continue the pursuit of their variance request by presenting their issue at the next open POA Board Meeting. The Architecture Committee will postpone action until the outcome of that meeting is known.

New Business:  Ken Horn presented a change in Bylaws that requires a vote from the Architecture Committee. The issue at hand is an increase in the assessment related to Stop Work Orders. That amount is an increase from $100.00 to $200.00. The Architecture Committee unanimously approved that change.

  • Pay your January 2024 dues in full by 1/31/2024.
  • Fill out the form to begin monthly payments toward your July 2024 dues on the 15th of each month beginning February 15th.

Sign up forms need to be received by February 7th, 2024.

Example of a monthly payment:  If your semi-annual dues are $563.50 your monthly automatic payments will be $ 93.92 each month.
