Approval December 5, 2018 Architecture Meeting Minutes: Dan Tester motioned, Dave Hafner second.
Old Business: None
New Business:
Brian & Stacey Feckter, Lot # 2712, 20407 Alpine Drive, December 2018 Stacey and Brian requested a 7’ variance to put in an in-ground pool. Architecture approved the Feckters to move on to the BOD and this was approved. On February 5, 2018 Phil Heitz had several issues with the variance and placement of the pool; pool design, wall under deck, drainage issues. Bruce Keller, Phil Heitz, Dave Hafner, Dave Wismann and Gina Keller met with Stacey Feckter and looked at their property. The conclusion was that they had to request another variance. They have requested a 15’ Variance. Will review at April 3, 2019 Committee meeting.
Bruce Keller suggested it would be wise to review the process of giving approvals without meetings regarding certain projects. That concern stemmed from the fact that the 12′ X 16′ shed at 1448 Brookridge Circle was approved and installed in a manner that does not comply with our standards. Bruce commented that a review of rules may be wise and sheds likely should be reviewed in Committee meetings prior to approval.
